Good luck. That part of town is terrible.

Are black people going to leave? If not, South KC cannot be saved.

So, most people are looking for a house costing a quarter of a MILLION dollars in South KC? Really?

Given Cerner’s proximity to 435, who wouldn’t rather live in Lee’s Summit or JoCo than South KCMO? Still a reasonable commute, without the crime and marginal city services.

Many Businesses will not survive. The leases will be to High,And the crime Your paying Ten,thousand dollars a month for a lease. That's should be your profits. But it is going to the landlord. And you can't do business with someone who doesn't have any money. After a number of robberies and shootings The Business will leave. Look at the Banister area you have thugs from the south east side that are mobile and will have shoot em,UP,

They tried this once with some pretty nice apartments on Bannister between troost and 71 it wasn't any time at all before the blacks ran everyone out, they were even letting people break their lease to get out, it's also pretty bad when crime causes an entire mall to go under and have to be torn down. The black kids were pulling gold chains off counter displays and then throwing them back at the sales clerk complaining that they were broken.

This crap is moving way down to Martin City too.

Kansas City has a black problem and south-town is one of the highest crime areas

The blacks are like locust, they come in and destroy everything and then leave. If 71hwy never got built none of this would’ve happened, 71 is a straight shot from the hood into what used to be a great part of town. Now it’s just a speedway for black thugs and murderers to use as an escape route.

You can't save what doesn't want to be saved.

De-annex it and let it run itself.
That way all those residents sucking at the City Teat will have to leave and flee north to where it's still possible for them to avoid working for a living.
