Finding deficiencies in the maintenance of anything owned or operated by KCMO government is a bit like discovering that water surrounds the Hawaiian Islands.
Big announcements!
Cut the ribbons!
Build it at public expense.
Ignore efficient operations or even routine maintenance.
Let it fall down.
Big announcements by the next round of KCMO electeds!
The latest exhibit A are the terminals at KCI.
It never changes.
