For many small business people and entrepreneurs, working outside the corporate world has its perks. Some like the nimble nature of a small team, as well as the death of the cubicle. Others appreciate the adrenaline that comes with taking risks.

They are acting on diversity by ignoring it. They know diversity is a code word for White genocide so they rightfully do nothing. Black people barely have enough brains to use a keyboard.

Nothing happens until a sale is made. It keeps the factory going the trucks and trains moving the goods ..If you are producing it doesn't matter what color you are. That why you don't see much diversity if they cannot produce they are out of the door. Your in business to make a profit. Not to baby sit.all colors of the rainbow. .

Show the facts that support diversity leads to enhancement.Small businesses hire based on merit, as there is no luxury for incompetence. If diversity truly made organizations stronger, why hasn't anyone mandated that black universities and colleges become more "diverse?"
