There's at least $5 billion in student loan debt that may never be collected because the documents proving who owns the debt are either missing or have been ruled fake, according to Independence Attorney Ken McClain.

"They really wanted to do something for the citizens, so they went ahead and chose to propose a quarter mil reduction," Johnson County Assistant Budget Director Robin Symes explained.

The City of Grandview now has an idea on the extend of damage done during last week's historic flooding. The Grandview Fire Department Fire Marshal said more than 30 homes and rental units on the south side of the Little Blue River flooded. Folks doing business with Nutter should also know they have thousands of missing documents and file information that would require folks to pay them. Might want to do a little follow up folks.
