Suggestion to Kansas City Government - tear the Hotel down, but HOLD A LOTTERY FOR THE RIGHT TO SET OFF HE DEMOLITION EXPLOSION! $5 A CHANCE!

The monies raised should be in the Tens of Millions, and after the usual rake-offs for "Mayoral and Councilperson Future Campaign Needs", ought to leave at least $10,000 -$15000 that could be applied to reduce the costs to KC Taxpayers.
