The Lawrence Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a man accused of lewd and lascivious behavior. Police say there have been reports of a white male looking into windows. On Aug. 15, the man was seen masturbating, according to police. It happened in the 1100 block of Louisiana Street.

RAYMORE, Mo. - Officials are asking for the public's assistance in identifying those responsible for detonating a suspected Improvised Explosive Device (IED) near a Raymore police car on Thursday afternoon. At 12:30 p.m., a suspect threw what officials believe to be a small explosive device in the direction of a Raymore police car traveling westbound on Highway 58.
