The Lawrence Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a man accused of lewd and lascivious behavior. Police say there have been reports of a white male looking into windows. At 12:30 p.m., a suspect threw what officials believe to be a small explosive device in the direction of a Raymore police car traveling westbound on Highway 58.
