Show-Me Execution Delay In Missouri

Amid public outcry and serious questions about this guy's guilt . . .

Missouri is set to execute a convicted killer. His lawyers say new DNA evidence proves he's innocent.

The execution of Marcellus Williams is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET, but lawyers for the death row inmate have asked the US Supreme Court to stop the execution and examine the new evidence. A brief filed Monday night with Associate Justice Neil Gorsuch said the appeal is not based on witness recantation.

Sound like he has some shitty lawyers if they can't get new DNA evidence heard.

Every guilty person is innocent, sounds like a trick to buy him more time to me

This guy isn't innocent, look at the record, look at the physical evidence he was caught with. He might not deserve the death penalty, but innocent he isn't.

Why waste the time? Being black and a muzzie, I'm sure he'd rather have the 72 virgins than more time in the pen.

He confesses to two people, but they are all full of shit and didn't hear him correctly, eh? Nothing in the snow job from his attorneys establish his innocence - no matter what kind of spin they put on it.
