The answer is simple- GO NORTH! North Kansas City has available space at reasonable costs, a welcoming atmosphere, one of the best cinemas in the Metro, GREAT BEER, and is only minutes from Downtown via car or bike! Cheap housing is available in the first-tier older suburbs a couple of miles north of NKC, in the area that KCMO annexed in the early 50s. If you need them, the schools are good, too. The only drawback is the lack of City Services in the part (50%) of KCMO north of the River. Lousy Bus service, slow Police and Fire response times, and stuff just doesn't get fixed by the City. But, if you can live with that (just ignore City Hall and pay your taxes, they won't even know you're there) you'll find that the Northland is an overlooked gem. WAIT, ON SECOND THOUGHT, IT'S TERRIBLE UP HERE! FORGET WHAT I JUST SAID, YOU WOULDN'T LIKE IT - TRUST ME! STAY SOUTH OF THE RIVER! DON'T EVEN THINK OF MOVING UP HERE! IN FACT, DO'T EVEN DRIVE/BIKE UP HERE, IT'S AWFUL!! PLEASE!

Get a fucking job already! That is the secret of having money. No matter what your mommy told you, your self appreciation for your creativity is going to starve you out of house and home. Lazy Fucks!!!

our creative class doesn't have enough talent to support themselves. They are really just social misfits too arrogant to work for a living, but want to be unique, so mthey call themselves artists. No talent equals no money.

Perhaps the solution is very simple #GetAJob ,enjoy your craft on the side ..WHEN YOU'RE NOT WORKING....You're NOT special
