What does "Keep the line moving" mean? Why are home runs called "dongs"?

If you use any of the world's over 250 recognized languages, I can have it translated easily, but there is no app to translate brand new words of what? Hipster Sprachen?

The point of language is to communicate, not obfuscate & confuse.
