Fear Mission Gateway Infinite Loop

Proving that developers and politicos across the State Line don't really know what they're doing either:

Big ideas?
Big mouth and lots of empty promises?
No money?
No problem.
This clown just picked the wrong bunch of rubes to try to fleece.
He should have headed for KCMO an 12th and Oak.
Be sure to mention what a great leader Sly is, find a few grand to toss into the campaign kitty, and be sure to mention that the streetcar played a big big part in your decision to create an upscale "development" in KCMO.
Sound outrageous?
It's worked so far for Mike's hotel.
So come on down!

If the Mission city fathers (or mothers) go along with this guy, they are even dumber than I thought. Mission has a whole office complex along Metcalf that is empty. Why would anyone think that somebody would move into this one? I want to see signed leases or letters of intent from legitimate businesses. Would you like to bet that he can produce them? I'll give you great odds.
