"Mediator to hear case of teen injured with stun gun by Independence police officer"

The mediator sure isn't gonna have to work up a sweat on this case. It is more a mater of the $$$. Given the kid's heart stopped, the medical bills and the fact that the police officer is in prison over this mess, Independence may have to have two Santa Calgon Days a year and legalized taxed hookers to pay the nut on this one. Maybe they will get a clue someday and consider cleaning out that sad ass police department.
