Suspect arrested for stealing Good Samaritan's car after fatal accident
KANSAS CITY, Kan. - UPDATE 7/15/2017: Kansas City, KansasPolice Chief Terry Ziegler said on Twitter the man suspected of stealing a Good Samaritan's car after he had just wrecked a different stolen vehicle has been arrested. The wreck occurred at about 1 a.m. July 9 near 63rd and Rowland.
