One of the denizens of our blog community guessed correctly . . . The recent homicide spate has impacted the alleged 25 million per year tourist industry. Take a look:
KCPD: Three victims from two separate weekend homicides all from Tulsa
The Kansas City Police Department says three men killed in two separate weekend homicides were all from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Police were originally called to the 1600 block of 80th Street around 9:30 p.m. to investigate a disturbance. When they arrived, they found a man shot to death inside a vehicle.
So 24,999,997 now?
ReplyDeleteWe're they delivering drugs from Tulsa. Is this drug related the media will not investigate. They just say some one from Tulsa found dead. What were they doing setting in a car in a high crime and drug dealing area.

ReplyDeleteWhen I moved to Nashville, I didn't know anyone, so I would drive through the projects until I was approached and offered weed for sale.
Once a woman police officer pulled me over & asked me what I was doing in this part of town. I still had WV plates, so I told her I was a tourist & got confused, and lost, when I pulled off the interstate to buy gas.
Eventually, they stopped selling weed & would just rob people who entered their domain, eventually killing two tourists from West Virginia. But, by then I had already made a connection at the factory to buy weed without so much danger.
