Kansas City siblings sentenced to life in prison for 2013 murder
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A brother and sister were sentenced to life in prison for the 2013 murder of a Jackson County man. Omar T. Muhammad and Monique Ransom were convicted of second degree murder and armed criminal action in the fatal shooting of Eric Harrell.
Life for second degree murder is not normal. There must be more to the story.
