Pitch Pouts Over Kansas City Bike Plan

A fading local publication offers coverage at the behest of another smallish group of aging Kansas City hipsters who have long mistaken their weekend hobby for social justice. Whilst Kansas City services are admittedly lackluster, access for fun-time cyclist should be the LEAST of our worries. Checkit:

With a new bike plan in the works for KC - which lags other cities in cycle-friendly infrastructure - I set out to see how my Bianchi and I handled some basic trips right now

The first thing I hear is the rumble. It starts low, distant. It could be nothing - just passing traffic on some nearby street. But then the sound grows louder, gets closer. The rumble approaches. A quick backward glance and I see a pickup truck - not big, maybe one of those midsize Toyotas more suited for moving a couch than hauling drywall.

The Pitch has become Fag-written rag for other fags and lesbians.

Actually the guy who wrote this is married and a father, but he is awfully whiny. I think that's generally true of millenials who don't get everything they want handed to them on a silver platter. Right, trolley boy?

When are we going to start licensing bicycles? Motorcycles pay license fees and they don't have special lanes or green zones!
