OLATHE SHOOTER SUSPECT FEDERAL HATE CRIME CHARGE: OVERKILL OR WARRANTED SOCIAL JUSTICE ALLEGATION?!?!

A scathing indictment for Friday presents an interesting question . . .

IS A HATE CRIME WORSE THAN MURDER???

It'll be hard to determine as much in this instance give that the suspect is charged with BOTH but the pilling on of charges continues nevertheless . . . And some might think that firing a gun into a crowded restaurant and killing somebody should is a horrific act in its own right . . . While the "Get Out Of My Country" sentiments are sadly part of the current political discourse.

Check the links:

The Verge: Prosecutors say the Kansas shooting of Garmin engineers was a hate crime

Huff Post: Adam Purinton is accused of killing Srinivas Kuchibhotla because of his “actual and perceived race, color, religion and national origin.”

KMBC: "The indictment alleges that Purinton committed the offenses after substantial planning and premeditation, attempted to kill more than one person in a single criminal episode, and knowingly created a grave risk of death to others on the scene," the news release said. Purinton faces a maximum penalty of life in prison.

You decide . . .

If Purinton had been black, a hate charge would have never been made.

He is guilty of a thought crime. People don't care about killing others, they only care about their politics.

Since they already have a confession and they know this ass hat is going to plead anyway they tack on a charge they can't prove. Tammy Dickless gets a golden feather up her ass and all the libtard bureaucrats are winners.

If it were not a hate crime, they would just execute him (assuming he lives another 20 or so years, the time it takes to exhaust all death penalty appeals). But if it is a hate crime, they will execute him and then hang his body from a gibbet at the courthouse as a warning to other haters.

Or something.

It was a hate crime. The shooter hated himself. He envied the success of the Indian immigrants. If you look at the whole story, the shooter was a sack of shit that shot 3 people. But.... He will do life in the KDOC so why waste money and time going after him on a Federal level? Enhance some lawyers career? Most likely. Huge waste of time. Why go after this small fish? Because it is easier than going after the big fish that the feds have the power and should go after but anything other than a slam dunk the feds won't touch.

Boy did he ever hate himself!

Who said God don't make no trash..lol.but seriously. Hang him high, fast.

@8:12 absolutely nails this story. Bravo!

This isn't a hate crime. Actually might not even be considered a crime of any kind. The guy is obviously suffering from grave emotional and mental problems. He is obviously insane.

A veteran gets an IT degree can't find a job here's someone on a visa with an It job laughing and celebrating he snaps and is probably wondering what he was fighting for.

To be honest what 12:00 says does make some sense.

I hope someone here actually reads the hate crime statute before commenting. Unless tis ass hate had something in his house equivalent to a manifesto to blow up camel jockeys they would play hell proving a hate crime.

12:00 & 7:31 - Same for our Korean War--NOT A F'N POLICE ACTION, NOR A CONFLICT--Vets seeing all those numerous Korean, Chinese, and Russian shops, delis, diners, laundries, and more popping up across the U.S. in the late 1950's and beyond. How many GIs' families got easy term biz loans, cheap rents, and immigrant relatives allowed U.S. entrance ahead of others?
