CELEBRATE HIGHER TAXES FOR KANSAS AFTER GOV. BROWNBACK VETO OVERRIDE!!!

Today progressives throughout the nation will rejoice amid a Pyrrhic victory that has more to do with empty promises and and an exceptionally unpopular Governor rather than a close vote to avoid furloughs and clandestinely give cash to private schools.

The devil is in the deets but the main point that most will overlook is that the state remains on the same path toward financial hardship and a fading middle-class despite political slap fighting from the JoCo chattering class . . .

  1. About time. Now those 330,000 business owners getting a free ride pay their fair share. Koch Industries is an LLC? Yeah right.

  2. Now we can focus on the kc dummocrats and their most regressive tax system in the nation. How about discussing that Barb.

  3. The failure of Repubtard economic policy is once again at hand. The lies these con men ply to rubes have been exposed yet again. The idiots who voted for this grifter twice, may have finally woken from their conservative fever dreams. Farewell to bad rubbish- Scamin' Sammy. History will remember you has a liar and a failure.

  4. Hey 7:29-don't deflect. Take the hit. We are not talking about KC. We are talking Kansas repubtards and their con scheme to fleece the rubes. You need to own this failure of Conservative policy. It's the core tenant of Republican politics, and it doesn't work. There is real repubtard idiocy here. Own it. You were conned and you will be conned again. Repubtards cannot govern.

  5. But Sam learned everything about tax policy from the kc dummocrats. Kansas had a progressive income tax system and replaced it sales taxes. KC dummocrats have one of the highest sales tax rates in the nation. KC dummocrats are leaders in a flat tax(earnings tax) on just income for working people. Property tax burden on homeowners and small business while big business property is tax abated. So sounds like this why KC is hardly growing.

  6. As long as they don't raise sales tax. You take your life in your own hands when you shop in KC.

  7. ^^^But KC is growing. Do you read? We actually lead the region in job growth. Because this story doesn't fit your narrative does it? That's the problem with repubtards like you. You are oblivious to the reality of the world around you. If something doesn't fit your narrative, it's fake news propagated by the MSM to further the progressive agenda. Again dolt, try to stay with the topic. We are not talking about KC, we are talking about the repubtard failure in Kansas. Focus cletus!

    2. And, no less than a Harvard study confirmed that the press has taken an overwhelmingly aggressive, adversarial stance against Trump. As if it hasn't been transparently obvious since election night. ;)

  8. Not to worry Kansas will be sure to elect another washed up republican to con the bible thumpers

  9. ^^^So, again cletus, what the fuck does that have to do with Scamin' Sammy and the failure of republican policy in Kansas?? Nothing. I thought the press was fake? This is typical right-wing lunacy, destroy the economy and blame the press. Grow up moron, no one is buying it this time. Scamin' Sammy is an idiot. He had a majority republican legislature and still wrecked the economy. The press had nothing to do with it. You need to stop posting, you look delusional and that's a bad look for repubtards.

    1. 'Cletus' and 'Repubtard'. Truly, the hallmarks of a deep thinker. Intelligent people, or at least average people, can hold many important ideas in their head at once. I understand you're not quite there, so here goes.

Nothing you say really makes sense. Brownback is indeed a bad governor. Externalizing that to all conservative politics for all time is odd--to use your word, delusional. :)

I understand you have a desire to control discussion. You can't even engage with real names, let alone real facts. Maybe take a bit of time to focus? This is a pattern with you, and you come off looking hysterical and unhinged. Best of luck. :)

  10. ^^again, I think the failure of trickle down economics-the core tenant of republican ideology,"externalizes" it to Conservative policy pretty well. This failed policy in Kansas is serving as the blueprint for President Trump's tax policy. If you can't see, that, understand that, or discuss that, it's you who is delusional. I hope I broke that down enough for you to understand-but I doubt it. Now leave the room. Adults are talking.

    1. Some adults know how to spell words they intend to use in an adult discussion. I think you want 'tenet', meaning an established belief. Not 'tenant', a person who has an arrangement to live somewhere. Practice a few times and you may look a bit less like a doofus.

Nah, I'm staying. How could I leave when you're so entertaining? Kind of like a toddler repeating things they've heard. ;)
