Witness Kansas City GO Bond Spending Revenge On Northland And Urban Core

They say that elections have consequences and we notice that inner-city po'folk enclaves and neighborhoods across the bridge are going to play for their political opposition against the GO Bond push and polling which suggests these folks mostly stayed home.

Here's the round-up we already talked about and the street work that's mostly too subtle to notice:

Fox4: City reveals spending plan for $40 million in GO bonds

KCUR: After Kansas City Voters Earmark $800 Million For Infrastructure, Spending Plan Emerges

Pitch: Here's where the first phase of that Kansas City bond money will likely be spent

KCMO.Gov: First wave of infrastructure projects announced

Meanwhile, those few Kansas City souls who don't accept press releases as fact . . .

FEAR MORE CITY HALL SPENDING ON THE TOY TRAIN, THE NEW HOTEL AND THE SINGLE-TERMINAL AIRPORT DISASTER IN THE MAKING!!!

You decide . . .

As usual, nothing for the forgotten part of town east of blue ridge. Beacon Hills already has new streets and sidewalks and they are the developers to improve anyway.
