Additionally, a generous dose of gender identity politics helped Sen. Claire rally support despite the fact that he's likely to confront a GOP lady challenger.
Still, we don't want to clown the celebration of "books and broads"... Option B: Facing Adversity, Building Resilience, and Finding Joy might prove useful for Kansas City women who mistakenly believe that they have something in common with a millionaire corporate titan or a politico who once got in trouble for for not paying taxes on her private plane.
Kansas City readers are free to find inspiration in all sorts of places and this weekend the lure of sisterhood among well-to-do white ladies dominated our local discourse.

TrumpCare isn't going to give her enough ammunition or at least as much as the "legitimate rape" nonsense. Her upset is going to be midterm election proof that the Democratic party has driven itself out of relevance.

ReplyDeleteDid you actually go to the event, TKC? Senator McCaskill was engaging, brilliant and inspiring. She did not dwell on petty differences but talked about what women have in common and how all of us can come together and lend support in a way that men are reluctant to do. I'm voting for Claire McCaskill and so our women across the State. THAT should be your reality check.
