Authorities identify man killed at Raytown Walmart, say he tased Jackson County Deputy

The Jackson County Sheriff's Office has released the identity of the man shot and killed by an off-duty sheriff's deputy in Raytown Sunday. Donald Sneed, 31, was taken to an area hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.

  2. This version of the story completely contradicts the earlier and complete;y irresponsible story version story by Fox 4. If these facts are correct then looks like a perfectly good shoot. It appears the deputy was not working as a retail loss prevention person among other total bullshit reported by the morons at 4.
