Kobach Ordered To Turn Over Documents He Shared With Trump By End Of Week

A federal magistrate judge had previously directed Kobach to produce the documents, but Kobach sought review of the order.

Perhaps, Kobach ought to use his own brand of a "Hilly's Missing Emails" defense. Say, something like that stack of hardcopy he carried was accidentally used as fireplace starter. And, there's no possible retrieval of copies, since Kris forgot to send the word documents to save file.

Naawww, Kris could tell the whole truth on the matter. That title page was only a cover for all the cartoons with dirty captions of Hilly, Billy, Chipmunk, and other assorted DemoRats.
