What hate crime? Someone tell me where this guy was charged with a hate crime? "Telling someone to get out of my country", in itself, is not a hate crime any more than telling someone to get out of your life.

He yelled more than that and he also shot them. Don't waste your breath standing up for this guy. Not worth it.

1207: Yelling "get out of my country" at people based on their protected class (race) which HE DID is a hate crime. He didn't just yell that, he also yelled racial slurs. Get the fuck out of here with your racist bullshit.

What practical effect will charging him with a hate crime have? After they execute this bozo, are they going to dig up his bones, then burn and scatter them, a la Cromwell? Or if he gets life in prison without parole, will they let his dead body fester in a cell for a few more years?

2:22 flunked the class on critical thinking, but excelled in the class on "social justice".

Oh hell yeah. Lets tell the man what he was thinking and put words in his mouth to convict him. We might as well throw a good ol' fashioned witch burning too. Who needs evidence. We'll just put the libtard crew in charge. He is already charged with the shooting. He is never going to be charged with the hate crime. Put yer money where yer alligator mouth is!!!

I think he might be innocent.
