According to the post made by Heather Ridder McWilliams, a man followed a woman and her two children around the Target off 152 Highway near Liberty, Missouri, in what she believed to be a failed attempt at kidnapping or human trafficking.

KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Police are investigating a deadly shooting Thursday night that ended the life of a 34-year-old woman.
