KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Friends and family gather to remember a 15-year-old who crashed a car he was driving, causing his death and that of a 13-year-old boy. Seven other passengers were also crammed inside that car and injured. It happened in a residential Lenexa neighborhood last weekend.

Blue Springs man charged with performing sex acts on student in 2005

A Blue Springs man was charged Saturday with performing sexual acts on a 16-year-old student in 2005. Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker charged James R. Green, 52, with six counts of statutory sodomy. A 27-year-old man told police earlier this month that he was sexually assaulted on multiple occasions when he was a 16-year-old student in Smithville, according to court documents.

    Brilliant...like the huge majority of deaths could not have been prevented? The first mistake was having nurses render medical treatment and diagnosis, This is why the vets don't want nurses providing health care. They seem to just wish they were doctors.
