SHOCK!!! FORMER KANSAS CITY POLICE CHIEF FORTÉ STAYS WINNING AGAINST K-9 UNIT WHITE DUDE DISCRIMINATION CLAIMS!!!

Call it a set back for police equality OR a victory against racial identity politics from both sides.

Here's follow-up to previous TKC EXCLUSIVE reporting:

A Jackson County jury on Monday ruled in favor of Kansas City Police Department leaders who had been accused of sex bias in filling a department K-9 job.

Four male Kansas City police sergeants had filed a lawsuit in 2015 saying they lost out on the job because it was given to a less-qualified female applicant in an effort to bolster the department’s diversity.

None of the plaintiffs prevailed in court. After a trial lasting about four days, the jury returned identical verdicts for each of the four plaintiffs, in each case ruling against them and siding with the defendants: The Kansas City Board of Police Commissioners and Police Chief Darryl Forté.

You decide . . .

  3. Forte admits to putting this lying chick in the position because she was a female admitting he never even looked at the scores...and that's right? What if it was a white male who put a unqualified white male in position over blacks? Apparently that is ok! No wonder Jackson County is so fucked up! These idiots wouldn't know the law if it stuck its finger up their asses and rubbed their kids.

  6. The good ol boy network... That's the team Forte is on. He's black but not one of us. His behavior proves that. The good ol boys won today.

  7. Democrat greedy weasel trial lawyers likely selected the Jackson County jury to be all Democrat minorities and LGBTers

  8. this verdict is strange for a lot of reasons but mostly because it's the only time a discrimination case didn't win in jackson county.

  10. First of all, there isn't a hiring process for Sgt. transfers, the Chief always gets to decide. He can go with the Captains recommendation or he doesn't have to. Also, it's not a promotion it's just a lateral move.
Second, the Captains didn't tell Forte about the hiring process that they decided to do, and when they gave their recommendation they didn't say why that person was recommended.
Third, the sergeants that didn't get the transfer never made an HR complaint per policy they just immediately sued.
Fourth, they never went to the Chief and asked why he chose who he chose they just assumed it was bc she's female. Assuming isn't proof and the proof of burden is on the plaintiffs.
Fifth, if you took the made up test into consideration it was a pass fail test. She passed it and proved herself qualified.
Sixth, the four sergeants that sued wouldn't have been his next selection anyhow. Even if you take the female sgt out of the mix, the Chief would have went with someone else anyways, so they didn't even suffer damages there anyhow.
Seventh, the female sergeant had been passed up for positions before by white men. This time she got the position and white men call foul.
Finally eight, there is literally no proof or conversation or email or request by the chief to see diversity stats or anything to prove that he chose the female sergeant simply bc she was female. She actually seemed to fit the type of person Forte loves to hire. Approachable, not a cry baby, puts up with the job with a good attitude, and has a can do attitude with active involvement in the community. Plus she's buff af. I would pick her over those whiny, butt hurt, TAC experience only having good old boy system loving white boys anyday. Plus she is in that position for two years now and has done great so, bet that smarts their little egos.

    1. He sure wasn't entitlement minded with a $500K payout, was he? KC residents got scammed. Dude couldn't even show up to the city budget meeting as he was too busy pissing off the city council with his abuse of the OT policy. A great leader shows the way and this guy did. Self first, screw everyone else. Idiots think it's a color issue but it's a character issue. His entitlement quote is laughable.

  16. I'm totally flabbergasted that a jury of predominantly females picked in the departments rr favor. Maybe the jury looked at the dept , the last bastion of white supremacy and decided it was time to stop this. The biggest affirmative action project in the cities history. Hire nothing but whites for 150 years to police a predominantly black community and then hire as few minority's as you can just to get federal matching funds. As soon as you hire a few blacks you scream affirmative action quotas and racism. Sounds like the same thing Hitler was saying about the Jews , they taking all the jobs don't trust em. Funny to even bring that up most of you are of European descent and your ancestors are German. That in a nutshell explains the inbread racism.

    1. No, he certainly did not. Juries are extremely unpredictable and many times make decisions based on emotions and personal feelings and/or experiences. The fact that one person in particular sat on the stand and blubbered clearly struck the right cord with them.
