KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Four former corrections officers at the Jackson County Detention Center have been indicted by a federal grand jury for their roles in a conspiracy to physically assault an inmate in violation of his Constitutional protection against unreasonable force.

  1. It's not about "white priviledge", or racism, or whose lives matter more. These cops are black.

    What it IS about is overly entitled and corrupt law enforcement officers, nurtured in an environment without consequence for actions, who are using increasingly militaristic tactics and equipment to subdue those who disagree.

    Of course, it IS Jackson County, Mo.
    Any chance for some oversight by the county legislature?
    How about the county executive?
