It's not about "white priviledge", or racism, or whose lives matter more. These cops are black.

What it IS about is overly entitled and corrupt law enforcement officers, nurtured in an environment without consequence for actions, who are using increasingly militaristic tactics and equipment to subdue those who disagree.

^ your first paragraph is spot-on. The second paragraph is an eye-rolling, pontificating diatribe.

The real question is why does it take the feds to find out and correct what's going on in a county jail?
Of course, it IS Jackson County, Mo.
Any chance for some oversight by the county legislature?
How about the county executive?
What exactly do the JaCo electeds actually do?
