    Stakeholders,
    Facilitate, and
    Dialogue
    Be sure to avoid that meeting.
    A handful of the usual suspects will be there to talk at each other and representatives from nonprofits will be there to tell everyone what great jobs their organizations are doing and that they'd do even more if they had more "funding".
    As predictable as the sun rising in the east.
    Then check the latest crime/violence,murder stats.
