Violent teen flash mobs, police crackdowns and screaming sorority chicks have pretty much turned St. Paddy's into an orgy of lame in KCMO . . . Therefore, locals who prefer a bit more subtly whilst drinking with youngsters around have turned to the smaller parties and celebrate a week before the rest of the city starts their Irish tribute.

North Kansas City works hard to keep the parade family-friendly. It struggles to maintain that small-town feel, and I hope that folks from other parts of the city behave themselves within our borders.
ReplyDeleteThis is one event I can't I understand the negroes crashing, yet last time I saw footage of the parade, there were all these darkeys carrying on, acting foolish and mugging for the media. Can you imagine the outrage if whitey crashed a black history event wearing saggypants and basketball logos?!?
