Forty-two people were arrested overnight on St. Patrick's Day at a checkpoint in Jackson County, Missouri for driving while intoxicated. That house is about 750k overpriced. Great woodwork, weird looking tressel that is probably structural beams from a previous remodel that removed attic space.

70s/80s French style brick outsides are an unfortunate time in homebuilding. they look so drab and plain from the outside. zero curb appeal.

The guy who writes Opus' house is for sale for 1.3 in Sunset Hills and it is waaay nicer.
