    Hey... and that 1% earnings tax will take care of UNLIMITED trash pickup.

    You want know why your water bill is so high. Instead of the general fund earnings tax paying to pickup yard waste in fall and spring like it was suppose to do when it was voted for in the 70's. The water department where the this is charged to.
