    I gather from previous posts that you are a civil libertarian. Aren't you concerned that these two were arrested and thrown into the pokey for, assuming the story is somewhere close to accurate, primarily speech?

    Sounds like their speech is protected by the first amendment and Missouri's harassment law as it pertains to speech is unconstitutional.

    Other states require a fear of physical harm, Missouri law does not require that.
