Sammy is taking the coward's way out. No shock here (remember, he's the guy who tried to coerce a high school student into silence after she showed the temerity to question his policies). Destroys the state's finances and then goes into self-exile in Rome. Worst governor (and perhaps even politician in general) in modern history of KS. Good riddance!
