Kansas City Establishment Politicos Against Grassroots Marijuana Reform Activists

Like it or not, there is more excitement, optimism and support for Question 5 among people under 40 than any other issue on the ballot in the past few years. Here's a look at local politicos attempting to turn those young people away from the idea of an active local Democracy. Take a look:

Kansas City Leaders Warn Proposed Marijuana Ordinance May Be 'Too Good To Be True'

More than half of states have legalized marijuana for either recreational or medical use. Kansas City voters won't be considering that exact question on April 4th, but they will get to decide whether to reduce the penalties for marijuana possession.
