Fear Kansas City Housing Market Hard Times

Rising interest rates strike fear into the hearts of brokers, buyers, speculators and so many other locals who make their living by way of selling the real estate sizzle . . . On the bright side, the economic downturn is pretty much the only way to stop constant and rampant Kansas City gentrification. Take a look:

OMG we can't find a suburban style home in Midtown with granite counter tops and a three car garage!

All there is are ugly old homes!
