The same people who made money off of the groundbreaking decades before are back again on this yet another groundbreaking deal. Although this project is east of Troost, most of these profiteers do not reside in Kansas City, Missouri and do their grocery shopping in Johnson County.

I'd like to see a time lapse video after the grand opening. It will be a certified shithole by the end of the first week and little more than a new place to hold up.

Wasn't this a SunFresh when it closed the last time? It is right down the block to a brand new ALDI.
