TKC TOLD YOU SO!!! KANSAS CITY PARKING CRISIS THANKS TO TOY TRAIN STREETCAR!!!

From the Crossroads to the River Market . . . The toy train has pretty much screwed local parking without providing much benefit or new biz.

Park and ride looky-loo hipsters crowd streets along with taxpayer subsidized biz that's created some nice foot traffic but very little revenue gain when we consider long suffering City Hall coffers.

Tragically . . . This week there will be continued consideration of all these problems that our blog community has been discussing for years . . . But the blame is put on highways and not amateur urban planners and their FAILED schemes to create crowding density by way of crony capitalism.

Fox4: KC city leaders to discuss parking and transportation issues impacting drivers

It's also pretty much screwed up driving down Main St.

The city's redundancy at it's best when there's a line of traffic down Main St. all behind a trolley and a bus.

It is important for our city to start turning it's back on all of the rush rush nervous run around in circles activity which is usually reported as a sign of VIBRANCY. If we would put in enough Kansas City type Toot Toots, we could slow the traffic down, slow the people down and slow the city down.

Traffic in midtown/westport/plaza will become worse then New York City if this farce passes.

7:46, there's already an extension from Union Station to the Plaza. It's called a Max bus. Faster than a streetcar and only $1.50. Goes all the way from City Market to Waldo. One bus. No rails in the street. No overhead wires. No millions of dollars needing to be spent. Try riding it.

Looks like the wrong article got pasted- that Fox4 link was talking about the Buck O'Neil Bridge. The real article is here: http://tonyskcstreetcar.blogspot.com/?m=1

But buses have negroes and negroes are disgusting and smell bad and shit and piss on the buses and steal and squander our tax dollars are always sick and fat and drool and act like animals and are ugly and speak some sort of weird English you can't understand and murder and are on welfare and EBT and Medicare and rob people and don't work and shoot each other.

So no human rides the fucking bus.

I hate to think of the institute of higher learning that is missing out on their grammar teacher today!

Get back to it, professor. We'll find a way to struggle on without you. :)

We need MORE Kansas City type Toot Toots, SLOW the traffic down, slow the people down and slow the city down. VOTE NO on VIBRANCY. If we could get some more Toot Tooots on the street then the cars will have to slow down like they do in the River Market.
