This clip is interesting if only because it offers an IMPRESSIVE SPIN ON KANSAS CITY TOURISM PROPAGANDA and also seeks to welcome and invite immigrants amid the Prez Trump immigration crackdown.
It's a bold statement of acceptance . . . Especially given that nobody seemed to care that former Prez Obama policies helped to deport more Mexicans and their American Latino kids than any other White House leader in history.
However, the Kansas City Muslim immigrant welcome message makes sense given that Visit KC is probably pretty desperate to justify those FAKE 24 million tourists a year numbers.

I think we can also see that TKC leans a little to the left when it comes to immigration. Which is okay but just know there are always two sides to every fact.
