Background:
Mr. Clarke has earned more than a bit of notoriety in his recent work with Kansas City Police and a great deal of community volunteerism over the past few years . . . Most recently and notably he established a basketball court on Paseo Blvd. that's a lot safer than most of the late night entertainment on the Plaza.
As of this writing, Mr. Clarke isn't aligned with Freedom, Inc., instead he has worked with MO House Rep. Brandon Ellington's "We The People" group and their volunteer efforts. However, his campaign Treasurer Dee Evans is a longtime Freedom member.
Mr. Clarke is most likely competing to replace termed-out 3rd District Councilman Jermaine Reed. Like him or not, if elected, Pat Clarke will undoubtedly provide stronger representation for his constituents than his predecessor.

say what you want about Pat. He's more focused on the issue of violence and homicide while Reed has been doing social justice and economic development for the past 6 years.

ReplyDeleteAgree with 9:46. Freedom Inc. has pulled out all the stops to contribute to the downfall of Hickman Mills School District, just a microcosm of what they have done to KC as a whole.

He wanted to be president paid $50 for membership so he could have a couple of dumb stupid kin folks join and vote for in but plan backfired Freedom,Inc wanted a membership renewal fee from Pat. Pat screamed like the snitch bitch that he is.
