Expecting paid bureaucrat cops to enforce the law should not require a state statute nor should Kansas municipalities have ever made the mistake of allowing peace officers to pick and choose what their job should be. Sounds to me like Kansas needs to remind some flat feet that they are replaceable in pretty quick order.

    10:56-as a peace officer in Kansas, I pick and choose which laws to enforce. Not the legislature, not Kobach, and not you. This kind of garbage is a waste of my and every other officer's time. Don't like it...tough.
