    The last eight years have seen enormous abuse of these programs. The grifters squeal loudest when someone threatens to close the money tap. Reviewing eligibility for these programs should be done in every state.

These programs are always cut to balance out the GOP money grab for corporations and special interests. The GOP can get away with it because they can always count on low IQ buffoons like you validate their thievery.
