Kansas City Saturday Is For Hipsters!!!

This quick video note informs us about global warming, gentrification along with perspecitve on an unsustainable lifestyle based on borrowing and so many other social ills . . . All of this commentary takes place under the guise of a Kansas City hipster vlog that's actually quite charming.

Just for a brief, shining moment this afternoon a look at the new gentry that has taken priority over most other local residents:

Again, this is actually a pretty cool clip and we admire this local dude's zest for life and the local finer things.

More later . . .

Plastic, pretentious, and obnoxious as ever.

All avoid gainful employment, instead announcing themselves at every opportunity as “makers.” Yet the only thing they manage to manufacture is social media.

It's becoming difficult for normal people to buy food, as more and more groceries are replaced by wanky, overpriced delicatessens and "artisinal butchers" selling grey, rotten meat for ten times its' actual value.

I'm completely in favor of using the resources of our great nation to stem the hipster menace.

We enjoyed a deconstructed breakfast served on a 52 Ford Engine block, including pancakes without flour this morning.

A couple of points:

Who actually does what their boss tells them to during non-work hours?

Did he really complain about the kids hogging the playground?

Beware the "grassy knoll" or you might stand accused of being an assassin!

Does this guy work in advertising? Hipster beard, clothing, electric skateboard, etc.

Did he encounter any asphalt apes?
