Revenue? City Makes money from people breaking the law.

Cops can't be told to write more tickets now. It's a class A misdemeanor under state law.

Of course the government makes money off crime. Put in a casino that the state can't blood suck and you are a criminal. Give them millions a year off the skim and you are a hero. As Reagan said, Government IS the problem."
