KMBC: KC police ask for help identifying car in assault case

"Police said the assault happened Jan. 29 in a parking lot near the southwest corner of Armour Boulevard and Walnut Street.
Authorities said the victim was intentionally struck and seriously injured by the driver of the car. Investigators said the car is believed to be a white Volkswagon Golf, possibly with Kansas plates.
The driver was described as a white man with frizzy hair, a beard and glasses. "
