  1. Sorry all you protesters out there but most commercial leases very clearly state no political gatherings are allowed on that property. The same as the anti abortion people can't enter on to the property of Planned Parenthood or any other property adjoined to them. They are more than welcomed as would have been the case in this incident to parade up and down the sidewalk in front of the building and to the street line with no issues and as I believe they were told so.

    Protesters need to learn the rules of protesting or all they are going to do is irritate people and turn some who might like their ideas at first completely against them. Any other business located at that address had all the right to conduit their business and to have their customers not in anyway intimated in anyway seeking to enter said building.

    Just because an elected official is located in a public but privately owned building does not give the general public the right to demand that the building has to operate the same as a government owned building.

    As I see this, if 100 people wanted to see Pat Roberts then 100 people should have all had appointments to do such.
