The Outburst Performance Gallery is the brainchild of Kansas City native Susanna Lee, daughter of late local radio legend, Jay Cooper (the Dick and Jay Show, KY102). Through “The Outburst,” Lee hopes to provide opportunities for artists like her; artists who don’t fit perfectly into the mainstream entertainment “box.”
