It's January 8th and there hasn't been a murder so far in Kansas City Proper . . . That's not much progress over the past few years but it's important to stay optimistic at the outset of a new year.
Accordingly . . .
MORE THAN "COMMUNITY OUTREACH" IT'S CLEAR THAT COLDER WEATHER HAS A STRONGER CORRELATION TO LOWER HOMICIDE COUNTS IN KANSAS CITY THAN ANY OTHER FACTOR!!!
The Winter of 2014 hosted a historic homicide drop and was one of the coldest years in the U.S. despite rising temperatures internationally. Sadly, it's not gonna last according to a balmy forecast for the upcoming work week.
And rather than ranting and raging about man-made global climate change . . . We'd rather share four more topics to consider tonight . . .

ReplyDeleteMaybe building more police stations will curb crime...at least that's what the Mayor, Police Chief and Alvin Brooks wanted everybody to believe. I think they should be the test subjects for future violence and see if their theory is accurate or not. Either way, we can't lose.
