Somehow, I just expect that Mayor James and most of the Council will be unable to attend due to "prior engagements."
Let them de-annex. Their taxes will be sky-high without the earnings tax to pay for their roads sewers to nowhere.

joco feels the same way and spends a lot of time on negative fake news, which is easy because of the local newspaper. e.g., kansas is broke and unemployment might rise someday. if word got out about great schools and infrastructure and well-scrubbed kids, yikes, there wouldn't be room.
