ReplyDeleteThe Star has been better lately. Not sure about that "hard right turn," since nearly all syndicated columnists remain either libs or gelded former conservatives (e.g. Brooks). If getting rid of some of the far left editorial board members and columnists is a hard right turn, it's only because the Star had gone so far left that only a hard right turn could bring it back to center. A couple new sections in Sunday's paper seem refreshingly politics free. I may actually renew my subscription.

If you wanna send them a bone for $20 then by all means do so- as long as they keep making everything outsourced to wherever- it will be free. Don't like Mary? Skip! 2020 is the day most media will be gone...
