Right now at around 63rd and Troost the second march for higher fast food wages in Kansas City is underway.
In addition to union rights . . . These locals seems to be calling for unity against the incoming administration.
They seem to have a good crowd of at least a few hundred which is far more than their City Hall marches in support of legislation that was ultimately defeated.

Or, as critics claim . . . Are these protests simply facilitating the advancement of automated kiosks in order to ultimately create fewer jobs.

They are really protesting the bed they have made for themselves through their bad judgement and dumb ass decisions.
ReplyDeleteWho wants to hire a black person who is illiterate and uneducated, has no marketable skills, an entitlement mentality and who expects fifteen dollars an hour for performing the most menial of tasks such as an entry level job flipping burgers? Many blacks seem to think that high paying jobs should just fall into their laps sans any effort or qualifications on their part. There's no concept of starting out and working your way up, gaining skills and becoming an employee that's worth a damn. They see other people who have done all the hard work and earned the rewards after years of effort but they have no idea of what it took. All they see is what that person has and resent the fact that they don't have it right now too. Why he got dat and I ain't? I is bein' kept down and 'sciminated against! Ain't nobody gibbin me no chance!
ReplyDeleteHow many times have we heard black people saying they won't work a minimum wage entry level job when they can earn two hundred dollars a day dealing drugs? They want the easy way out. Stinkeisha, the ghetto sow with 4 bastard children resents the fact that an entry level job performing menial tasks won't allow her and her bastards to live the high life and have everything they want immediately. Even when they sabotage themselves via making the stupidest of choices, it's never their fault and you to blame and you needs to fix dis! Sumbody gots to helps me!
The simple fact is that they create the negative conditions of their communities through a combination of unrealistic expectations and stupid choices. They reject the path to success because "dat be actin' white." Until they do as every other race does and apply themselves and give up their stupid ideas, dysfunctional culture and unrealistic expectations, they'll always be at the bottom of the heap and remain there- and that's something they're very good at earning. You can't help people who won't help themselves and there's no sense in trying or even in listening to their whining, bitching, complaining, blaming and moaning. Tell them the truth and all they'll do is vomit up excuses, reject what is said and stew in a toxic brew of resentment, jealousy, hostility and anger. You be racist!

There are no laws keeping businesses from paying more money. The protests are stupid. If you want burger joints and the like to pay more- then protest them. Stupid is As stupid does.

1- Picket in front of businesses that pay low.
2. Don't go to low wage businesses. This means no Mcdonalds, no Dollar Stores or other stores that don't pay well.
The leaders of these protests - their thinking is so crooked they could hide in the shadow of a cork screw. The protesters- throw your safety pins away as they are intended for babies' diapers- either way safety pins are near things that are full of shit.
I find it so interesting the these shit heels blame Trump, who isn't even President, yet have nothing at all to say about the President who they have been working under for the past eight years in these "so called" conditions. Now, tell me how the system isn't rigged.
