    6:23 You are fucking stupid. White folks do not commit 3 time the violent crime and blacks do not proportionately make up a very high percentage of the national population. So, in fact, based on population ratio blacks are recommitting most of the violent crime at a far higher percentage (ratio) in America. If blacks were equal in actual numbers they wold be committing damn near all the violent crime in this country.
